The Spartans secured a 58–46 victory over the Red Wolves in a girls’ varsity basketball tournament matchup at the CSL Maine East Shootout. Quarter-by-quarter, Glenbrook North (GBN) posted scoring lines of 12, 12, 19, and 15 to secure their third straight win of the season.
The game took place on Saturday, November 22, at the CSL Maine East Tournament.
According to reports from the tournament, the Spartans controlled the game with a dominant second half, outscoring T.F. South 34–23 after the break. Glenbrook North’s decisive third-quarter surge (19–10) created critical separation, followed by a strong fourth quarter to secure the 58–46 win. Balanced scoring and defensive stops late in the game powered the Spartans to remain unbeaten.
