Loyola Academy is a Jesuit college preparatory school in Wilmette. The private, coeducational high school was founded in 1909 and has 174 faculty members. It is accredited by the Illinois State Board of Education and by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. Loyola has approximately 2,000 students enrolled in grades nine through 12. Ninety-nine percent of its graduates go on to attend higher education institutions.
