The Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves defeated the Reavis Rams 2–0 on Tuesday night in a varsity volleyball match at T.F. South High School.
The match took place on October 21, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in Lansing, drawing an energetic home crowd for the Red Wolves’ final home contest of the regular season.
According to reports from the event, T.F. South controlled the pace from the opening serve, winning key rallies behind strong net play and consistent defense. The Red Wolves took the first set 25–18 before closing out the match 25–15 in the second. Setter coordination and quick attacks kept Reavis on the defensive throughout, while T.F. South’s back-row coverage limited the Rams’ scoring chances.
Looking ahead, T.F. South will travel to face Oak Lawn on Thursday at 6 p.m. before visiting Richards High School on Monday at 5:30 p.m. Reavis will return home Friday to host Argo at 6 p.m., as both teams look to fine-tune their strategies ahead of postseason play.
In their previous meeting on September 26, T.F. South edged Reavis 2–1 in a closely contested regular-season matchup, marking the second straight win in the series for the Red Wolves.
